Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the business operating VP Loan Connect handles information for profile assessments, reports, support, referrals and future consent-based lender referrals.

Effective 23 July 2026

01

Information we collect

  • Identity and contact data such as name, verified WhatsApp mobile, state and city.
  • Self-reported income range, obligations, approximate credit range and document availability.
  • Consent wording, version, acceptance/withdrawal time, source and user agent.
  • Order, payment status, report, referral and communication records.
  • IP address only when technically appropriate, enabled after lawful-basis review and disclosed.
02

What we never request

  • UPI PIN, CVV, net-banking password or banking credentials.
  • Aadhaar OTP or any lender/bureau password.
  • Sensitive document uploads during the first assessment.
03

Purposes and consent

Mandatory service consent is used only to provide the requested assessment and service-related communication. Optional marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn by sending STOP.

Promotional messages are not sent without valid marketing consent. Lead data is not sold or shared for undisclosed purposes.

04

Sharing and processors

Data may be processed by necessary hosting, database, official messaging, payment and report-delivery providers under appropriate safeguards. A future lender referral requires a separate disclosed request/consent and only verified, contract-active partners may be enabled.

05

Retention and deletion

Records are retained only as needed for services, payments, tax, fraud prevention, disputes and legal obligations. Users may request deletion; some financial/audit records may need to be retained or de-identified where law requires.

06

Security

We use access controls, hashed passwords, secure cookies, server-side validation, signed links, webhook verification and audit logging. No online system can promise absolute security.

07

Your choices

  • Withdraw optional marketing consent by sending STOP.
  • Request access, correction or deletion through the support channels.
  • Decline any optional lender-referral or promotional communication.
